The regulai: meetin[~ of the Villa!':e of Dublin Council was held
on January 4, 1965, at the muni~ipal building with Mayor Lewis
Geese presiding.

the 3rd time. Vote on the ordinance was unimanous.
Ordinance 1-65 reestablishing the planning cOIIL'TIission was intro-
duced by Priday. Sheld.on moved, second by Dixon that council
dispense with the 3 tine reading rule. Priday, yea; Smith, yes;
Ulrey, yes; Wacker, absent. Vote on ordinace 1-65 was unamimous.
Ordinacne 2-65 ~liring Clayton Rose, Jr. as villaGe solicitor for
1965 was introduced by Sheldon. Dixon,lTloved second b- Ulrey that
council dispense with th-, 3 tine reading rule. Prida:r, yes;
Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes; ib.cb~r, absen:~. Vote on ordinance 2-65
was unamimous.
Ordinance 3-65 naming mem':1ers of t"e planning commiss ion was
infiroduced by Dixon. Ulrey moved, second by S~itha that council

Adam Hirth was named to a 6 ~lear term, John Moffitt to a 4 year
term, and Emmet Karrer to a 2 year term. Council named Sherman
Sheldon as their representative to the planning corn:mission.
