The regular meeting of the village of Dubl'n council was held
on December 7, 1964 at the municipal building with l~yor Lewis
Geese preslidtlng.
Sol~~itor Clayton Rose, Jr., Slvore in Vril~ur Ulrey as council
member to fill the position vacated when Betty Bell noved fllom
the village.

Minutes of the November meeting were read. Moved by Dixon,
second by Sheldon that minutes be approved as read. Friday,
yes; Smith, yes; Wacker, yes; Ulrey, no vote.

Resolution 06-64 accepting the budget rates as set by the county
budget committee was ::lov-ed by Sheldon, second by Dixon. Vote
thereon was unamimous.

Council accepted an easement on ther'iashington l"v'!onwhip preoerty
for an access to the post office to be built on Bridge Street.
