Vote thereon wa unamimous. Resolution 02-64 authorizing the sending of notices to land owners to cut weeds was unamimously passed by council. A discussion concerning oil wells was held. It was a general con- census of council members to prevent oil wells in the village, but legal problems maybe involved. Action concerning this was tabled until a later date. A special meeting was to be held June 8, 1964. Resolution 03-64 setting a budget hearing for the 1965 budget on July 6, 1964 was passed unamimously by council. o Resolution 04-64 authorizing repair of the \lillage streets by the Fra~~lin County Engineering Department was unaminousl~r passed by council. Approximate cost $725.00. 155 D June 1, 1964 council meeting continued Ordinance 11-64 setting up a commission to invest mouies from the street fund was introduced by Sheldon 8nd read for the first time. The villase clerk treasurer was designated as the official news release agent for the village counoil. Meeting adjourned.
