A speoial meeting of the Village of Dublin Council was held on
Mly 11, 1964 at the municipal building with Mayor Iswis Geese
presiding.
Roll Call:
Bell --- ,absent
Dixon -- present
Friday - present
Sheldon - present
Smith --- present
Wacker - present
.Irpubmio hearing was held concerning rezoning the John Thomas
tract to commerddal. Favorable oomment was made. No voioed
opposition was heard. Ordinacne 10-64 was intrduced by Wacker.
Dixon moved that council dispense with the three time reading
rule, second by Friday." Vote - Sell, Absent; Sheldon, yes;
Smith, yes; Wacker, yes. Vote on ordinance 10-64 Bell, ab-
sent; Dixon, yes; Friday, yes; Sheldon, yes; Smith, yes;
Wacker, yes.
Being no further business, conncil was adjourned.
