Clayton Rose, Jr swore in the following village officials. Lewis Geese - mayor; Richard Termeer - clerk-treasurer; Andrew ~mith & Joseph Dixon - councilmen. Roll Call : Bell Dixon -- Priday - present present present Sheldon - present Smith --- present Wacker absent Wdnutes of the December meeting were read. Motion by Dixon, second by Sheldon that minutes be approved as read. Bell, yes; Priday, yes; Smith, yes; Wacker, absent. Council voted unamimously to retain Joseph Dixon as president.
