The minutes of the last meeting were read. Motion made by Thomas, seoonded by Termeer that they stand approved as read. Vote as follows: Eger - yes, Frambes - yes, Waoker - yes. Vote: Eger - yes, Frambes - yes, Termeer - yes. ~ Motion made by Thomas, seconded by Termeer that we transfer 1,000.00 from the G~ti8~al Fund into the Street Fund. (Transfer made 11/1/60) Vote: Eger - yes, Frambes - yes, Wacker - yes. 96 A motion was made by Termeer to vaoate the first alley south of and parallel to Bridge Street between Franklin St. and the alley immediately west of the Dublin Community Churoh. ~ Motion made by Eger and seoonded by Waoker to dispense with 3 readings in order to pass as an emergenoy measure. Vote as follows: Frambes _ yes, Termeer - yes J Thomas - yes. Vote on Ordinanoe 09-60 as follows: Eger - yes, Frambes _ yes, Termeer - yes, Thomas - yes, Wacker - yes. ORDINANCE 09-60 An ordinanoe to vacate the first alley south of and parallel to Bridge Street between Franklin st. and the alley immediately west of the Dublin Community Churoh. WHEREAS, a petition by the Dublin Community Church owning all of the lots abutting on said alley proposed to be vaoated, was duly presented to Council praying that said alley, b eween the points names, bee' vacated, and Dublin Community Churoh having filed a written consent to said vaoating of said alley, and WHEREAS, Counoil, upon hearing, is satisfied that there is good oause for suoh vacation as prayed for, that it will not be detrimental to the general interest, and ought to be made, B NOW THEREFORE, Be It Ordained, by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin, Ohio: SICTION 1. That the first alley south of and parallel to Bridge Street between Franklin St. and the alley immediately west of the Dublin Community Churoh be, and the same is hereby vacated. SECTION 2. That this ordinance be, and the same is hereby deolared to be an emergenoy measure necessary for the general health and general welfare of the Vill~ge of Dublin, for the reason that the foregoing will save the Village the oost of repairs on said alley and will be for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the Village and its inhabitants thereof, and that the ordinanoe shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
