Roll Call: Bellows - present Termeer - present Eger - present Thomas - present Frambes - present Wacker - present P1annin g Commission: Johnny MOffitt, Chairman Jim Priday Ordinance 07-60 was introduced by Termeer. Motion made by Wacker, seconded by Bellows that we dispense with 3 times reading rule in order to pass as emergency measure. Vote as follows: Eger - yes Termeer - yes Frambes - yes Thomas - yes Motion made by Termeer, seconded by Eger that Ordinance 07-60 be adopted. Vote as follows: Bellows - yes Thomas - yes Frambes - yes Wacker - yes ORDINANCE 07-60: (only copied in part; whole ordinance as written is in Ordinance book) "Section 2 (a). In the Residential District one and two family dwelling houses only, with necessary outbuildings and fences, shall be permitted to be erected; provided, however, that any building heretofore erected and now in use in such district for churches, schools, libraries or fraternal societies may continue in such use and further, that churches, mortuaries, public buildings, schools, public libraries, community center buildings, private clubs, public parks and playgrounds may be created and used within such residential district upon the granting of special permission and approval by the Planning Commission. One family dwellings shall have not less than 1100 sq. ft. of living area, exclusive of utility area, porches, breezeway and garage, if such dwelling is a one floor plan; and of not less than 1100 sq. feet of living area, exclusive of utility area, porches, breezeway and garage, if such dwelling is a one and one half or two story dwelling, of which not less than 800 sq. feet shall be on the first floor. If the dwelling is a two family dwe11in house it shall contain not less than 1600 sq. feet of living area, exclusive of utility area, porches, breezeway and garage." Vote as follows: Eger - yes Termeer - yes Thomas - yes Wacker - yes Ordinance 08-60: (only copied in part; whole ordinance as written is in ordinance book) The following is a modification ~/Section 2(c) of Article 1 of Ordinance 3-54.. a,'~~6 "Section 2 (c). After the date of this erdinance the minimum size lot shall contain not less than 20,000 square feet, exceptthose lots now ~2 in the Village of Dublin, and now on record in the Office of the Recorder of Franklin County, Ohio. All future subdivisions or parcels of lots shall contain a minimum of 20,000 square feet, and each lot shall be at least 100 feet wide at the front lot line and shall continue to [J be at least 100 feet wide at all points to the depth of 200 feet ( . except as hereinafter provided. Said 100 feet shall be measured in a straight line being perpendicular to at least one side lot line. Where a lot fronts upon the curve of a road or street, the chord distance along the front lot line at the points of intersection with the side lot lines may be reduced to 66 2/3 feet provided the lot width at the front setback tine required by this resolution is at least 100 feet and continues to be at least 100 feet wide for a distance of at least 100 additional feet measured from said front setback line along the side lot lines away from the street. Said 100 feet at the setback line shall be measured in a straight line connecting the points where the front setback line crosses the side lot lines. Where a lot fronts upon the turnaround at the closed end of the dul-de-sac the chord distance along the front lot line at the points of intersection with the side lot lines may be reduced to a minimum of 40 feet provided the lot width at the front setback line required by this resolution is at least 100 feet and continues to be at least 100 feet wide for a distance of at least 100 additional feet measured from said front setback line a10n g the side lot lines away from the street. Said 100 feet at the setback line shall be measured in a straight line connecting the points where the front setback line crosses the ~ide lot lines. For th~ purposes of this Ordinance. No more than one building used for residential purposes rI,'... shall be erected on a lot. tt U Motion made by Eger, seconded by Thomas that Council meet with Dick Li tzinger and establish a lot line alon g the alley which is the first alley west of High, North of Bridge St. Vote: Bellows - yes, Frambes - yes, Termeer - yes, Wacker - yes. Charles Thomas is to contact an engineer to meet with Council at the next meeting in regards to specifications for streets and alleys. Motion made by Thomas, seconded by Eger, that the 3! acres as submitted to County Commissioners and approved by them, be accepted by the Village of Dublin as approvedJproviding no Objections before June 15. This land is Eli Eberly's land west of Dublin on Route 33. Vote: Bellows - yes, Termeer - yes, Frambes - yes, Wacker - yes.
