No.3-57 be passed setting a date of Aug. 13th, 1957, at 8 P. M. -
for a public hearing on this matter. Copies of this Resolution to be
posted in 5 public places by the Village Clerk.

by Columbus & Southern Ohio Electric Co. of $750.00 for purchase of

an Ordinance merging and combining theoffices of Vil1a ge Clerk and
Village Treasurer. This Ordinance to be known as No. 07~7. I

Motion was made by Williams and seconded by Eberly that Ordinance
No. 07-'7 be declared an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation for the public health, safety and general welfare, for

the reason that the foregoing merger and combining will benefit
the Village of Dublin, and the inhabitants thereot, and will enable
the Village to have more efficient government; and this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
