Stiffler, Director of Finance Re: Ordinance No. 22-22 – Amending the Annual Appropriations for Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2022 (General Fund Utilization made available by ARPA Funding) Background On March 18, 2022 at the annual retreat of Council, a strategy for the utilization of the City’s American Rescue Plan (APRA) Funding was discussed. On May 9, 2022 at the regular meeting of Council, pursuant to Council’s direction to provide a funding recommendation pursuant to those discussions, an allocation was recommended by staff and approved by Council. This ordinance contains the appropriations as discussed at that meeting. The appropriations for each group or project are outlined in the following table: * Appropriation requires matching funds Recommendation Staff recommends City Council approval of Ordinance 22-22, amending the Annual Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2022, at the second reading and public hearing of the Ordinance on June 13, 2022.
