Mr. Keenan called the meeting to order.
Present: Mayor Peterson, Vice Mayor Reiner, Mr. Keenan, Ms. Alutto, Ms. Amorose Groomes,
Mr. Lecklider
Absent: Ms. Salay (excused)
Mr. Keenan moved to adjourn to executive session for discussion of personnel matters related
to the appointment of a public official.
Vice Mayor Reiner seconded the motion.
Vote on the motion: Mayor Peterson, yes; Ms. Alutto, yes; Ms. Amorose Groomes, yes; Mr.
Lecklider, yes; Mr. Keenan, yes; Vice Mayor Reiner, yes.
The meeting was reconvened and formally adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
