Mayor McCash called the February 10, 2003 Special Meeting of Dublin City Council to
order at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Dublin Municipal Building.
Roll Call
Council members present were: Mayor McCash, Vice Mayor Boring, Ms. Chinnici-
Zuercher, Mr. Kranstuber, and Mr. Lecklider. Mr. Reiner and Ms. Salay arrived late.
Staff members present were: Ms. Brautigam, Ms. Grigsby, Mr. Smith, Mr. Ciarochi, Mr.
Stevens, Mr. McDaniel, Mr. Hammersmith, Mr. Gunderman, and Ms. Newcomb.
INTRODUCTION/PUBLIC HEARING - RESOLUTIONS
Resolution 06-03
A Resolution Appointing Members To The Development Code Revision Task Force.
Ms. Lecklider introduced the resolution.
Mr. Kranstuber stated that the interviews with applicants were coordinated by the
Administrative Committee. The draft resolution contains the names of those individuals
recommended for appointment to the committee. The only matter pending is the
designation of the Chair and Vice-Chair. He requested Council's input.
Mr. Lecklider stated that he recommends that because Council has established the Task
Force, Council members should serve in the leadership positions of Chair and Vice-Chair.
He volunteered for the Vice-Chair position.
Mr. Lecklider moved to appoint Ms. Chinnici-Zuercher as Chair of the Task Force.
Mr. Kranstuber seconded the motion.
Vote on the motion: Mr. Kranstuber, yes; Mayor McCash, yes; Mrs. Boring, yes; Ms.
Chinnici-Zuercher, yes; Mr. Lecklider, yes.
Mayor Kranstuber moved to appoint Mr. Lecklider as Vice-Chair of the Task Force.
Ms. Chinnici-Zuercher seconded the motion.
Vote on the motion: Mr. Lecklider, yes; Mrs. Boring, yes; Ms. Chinnici-Zuercher, yes; Mr.
Kranstuber, yes; Mayor McCash, yes.
Mayor McCash moved to approve Resolution 06-03 with Section 7 indicating that Ms.
Chinnici-Zuercher is appointed as Chair and Mr. Lecklider as Vice Chair of the Task
Force.
Mr. Kranstuber seconded the motion.
Vote on the Resolution: Mrs. Boring, yes; Mr. Kranstuber, yes; Ms. Chinnici-Zuercher,
yes; Mr. Lecklider, yes; Mayor McCash, yes.
The Special Meeting of Council was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. The study session of Council
