A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
AN UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE PLANNING &
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Planning & Zoning Commissioner Ted Saneholtz resigned from the
Commission on September 3, 2008 and Council desires to make an
appointment to the unexpired term in accordance with the Dublin Revised
Charter.
NOW, THERE~E IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
Section 2. The above-named person shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by
City Council.
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. l (~ is hereby appointed to the
unexpired term of Te Saneholtz on the Planning & Zoning Commission, a
term which expires o March 31, 2010.
Section 3. The member of Planning & Zoning Commission herein
appointed shall receive compensation as established by City Council.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under
Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
