The December 3, 1919, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to
order by Mayor Robert Karrer. Roll call - William Callahan, absent; Willard
Chambers, present; Ronald Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles
Mand, present; Jacob Shawan, present. The minutes of the November 26 special
meeting were read, Headlee moved approval, Geese seconded, all present voted
in favor of approval. The fol~ng bills were submitted for payment:

favor.

Headlee moved, Geese seconded, and it was unanimously passed by those present
to remove ordinance 96-19, the compensation ordinance, from the table.
Shawan moved, Mand seconded, and it was unanimously passed by those present
to return ordinance 96-19 to the table.
Ordinance 101-19 granting relief from the sewer hook up to T.Alan Doonan was
read for a third time, Charles Wolfe the village engineer noted that the
original site of the line would have some line above ground, but that a move
westerly would enable the entire line to be underground, Chambers moved to
table ordinance 101-19, Mand seconded, Headlee, no; Mand, yes; Shawan, yes;
Chambers, yes; Geese, yes. Motion to table passed 4-1.
Ordinance 105-19 establishing compensation for the mayor under the charter
was read for a second time, Geese moved to dispense with the three time
reading rule, Mand seconded, Mand, yes; Shawan, no; Callahan, absent;
Geese, yes; Headlee, yes, Chambers, no. Motion failed 3-2.

for the Inverness Investment
and read for the first time.

Shawan moved to dispense with the three time
all present voted in favor of the ~otion and
Mr. Hale of the Public Adminstration SErvice presented his report on the
police study to council and answered questions on the report. Chambers move~,
Shawan seconded, to(~add additional street lights in Muirfield Village, all
present voted in favor. Shaw~~moved, Geese seconded, to ~emove ordinance
96-19 from the table, Chambers, yes; Geese, yes; Headle~, yes; Mand, no;
Shawan, yes; Callahan, absent. Motion passed 4-1. Ordinance 96-19 the
compensation ordiance then passed on a 4-1 vote - Callahan, absent; Chaml'ers,
yes; aeese, yes; Headlee, yes; Mend, no; Shawan, yes. sJ
Mayor Karrer declared the meeting adjourned a1 9:1~ PM ~
