A special meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to order by
Counoil President Catherine Headlee. Roll call - William Callahan, present;
Willard Chambers, present; Ronald Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, presiding
Charles Mand, present; Jacob Shawan, absent.

The minutes of the regular meeting of August 20, 1979, were read, Geese moved
approval, ~bers seconded, all present voted in favor of approval.
Ordinance 75-79 proposing an election o:i~reaSing the village income tax t
per cent for recreation was read for a . Iiiit' time. Vote - Callahan, no;
Chambers, no; Geese, yes; Headlee, yes, Mand, yes; Shawan, atsent. Failed 3~2
(needed four votes)
Geese moved, Chambers seconded to approve the final plat of Donegal Cliffs,
phase one, CalBhan, yes; Chambers, yes; Geese, yes; Headlee, yes; Mand, no;
Shawan, atsent. Passed 4-1. Callahan moved, Geese seconded and it was unanimo sly
approved by those present (5-0) to authorize the village adminstrator to enter
into a waterline agreement with S & K Investment the developers of Donegal
Cliffs. All water permits for phase one are to be paid by September 7, 1979.
Geese moved, Mand seconded and it was unanimously passed by those present (5-0)
to accept the proposal from the River Forest Civic Association to pnovide
new street signs and posts. Callahan moved, Geese seconded, and it was unanimo sly
passed by those present (5-0) that the safety committee is to meet with the
fire chief and fire board to discuss an agreement between council and the fire
