The June 1, 1919, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to order
by Mayor Robert Karrer. Roll call - William Callahan, present; Willard
Chambers, present; Ronald Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles
Mand, present; Jacob, Shawan, absent. The minutes of the May 21 meeting were
read, Headlee moved approval, Geese seconded, all present voted in favor of
approval of the minutes. It was noted that resolution 30-19 should read a
resolution of intent of the Village of Dublin to assist the Dublin Historical
Society. The following bills were submitted for payment:

Geese moved payment of the bills, Callahan seconded, all present voted in
favor of payment. The clerk read a letter from the Rotary Club requesting
permission to sell beer at Coffman Road Park during the 4th of July cele-
bration. Referred to Park and Recreation Board. A letter requesting the
withdrawal of the rezoning request of .811 acres on Granville Road and David
Road was read.

A public hearing was held concenring the use of General Revenue Sharing Funds
for 1980, approximately $10,000.00 to be spent on street and recreation
capital improvements.
Ordinance 31-19 on the proposed rezoning of .811 acres on Granville Road was
not read for a third time because of the request to withdraw the rezoning
proposal.
Ordinance 35-19 on, the rezoning of 134 acres tract known as Donegal Cliffs
was read for a third time. All present voted in favor of the PUn rezonililg
ordinance, passed 5-0. .

Ordinance 41-19 relating to open burning in certain areas was read for a third
time, all present voted in favor of the ordinance, passed 5-0.

Resolution 30-19 an intent of the Village of Dublin to assist the Dublin
HIstorical Society was delayed because of a meeting with council and the
historical society.
Ordinance 51-19 relating to nepotism was tabled on a motion by Mand, a second
by Chambers and an unanimous vote to table.
Ordinance 50-19 on water system improvements was read for a th_d time,
Headlee moved to amend page three as noted in the ordinance, Callahan seconded,
all voted in favor of the amendm...mt, all pre_t voted in favor of the
ordinance, passed 5-0.
Ordinance 51-19 increasing the powers of the arc hi tectural review board con-
cerilla'. " the construction of sidewalks was read for a third time. Callahan
asked that the sidewalk option be a~ilable to all areas.

Re'solution34-79 setting apublic hearing on proposed 1980 budget on ~, ~
1979, was introduced by Geese and read for the first time, Callahan moved to
dispense with the three time reading rule, Chambers seconded, all present
voted in favor of the motion and the resolution, passed 5-0.

Ordinance 62-79 ~iding for two street lights on DAvid Road was introduced
by Headlee and read for the first time, Geese moved to dispense with the three
time reading rule and pass as an emergency measure, Chambers seconded,all
present voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance, passed 5-0.
Ordinance 63-79 accepting the bid of Baker Constru~on Company in the amount
of $75,274.05 for .treet improvements was introduced by Headlee and read for
the first time, Callahan moved to dispense with the three time reading rule,
Chambers seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance,
passed 5-0.

Resolution 35-79 directing the engineer to prepare data on
Road was introduced by Geese and read for the first time.
Chambers seconded, and it was unand.mously passed by those
the engineer to prepare a concept for general improvement
repairs to Glick
Callahan moved,

Geese moved, Callahan seconded, and it was unanimoulilly approved by those
present to accept the final ~t of Muirfield Phase 13. Council discussed
the storm water retention plan in Waterford Village, request by developer
to vary from the requirements will be acted upon at next council meeting.
Council discussed 161 bridge closing, village adminstrater to invite rep-
resentative from county engineers office to next meeting.
Mayor Karrer declared the meeting adjourned at 9:32 PM.
