Roll call - William Callahan, present; WillUrd Chambers, present; Ronald Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Mand, absent; Jacob Shawan, present. The minutes of the March 10 special meeting were read, Headlee moved approval, Callahan seconded, Callahan, yes; Chambers, yes; Geese, yes; Headlee, yes; Mand, absent; Shawan, pass. Passed 4-0. The clerk read correspondence from The Dublin Villager about a street art show in the fall, and from the Womens Republican Club about use of the building, council instructed the adminstrator to accept both proposals. fI"'" '-' ,...-.- ..... Ordinance 19&79 amending the subdivision regulations for underground utilities, was read fer a second time and a public hearing was held. Ordinance 20-79 amending the preliminary development plan for Shannon Park was read for a second time and a public hearing was held. Ordinance 21-79 accepting and approving the Northwest ~ad Study was read for a second time and a public hearing was held. Councilman Shawan had to leave the meeting at this time. Ordinance 11-79 rezoning 46+ acres along 1-270 to Limited Industrial was read for a third time, all present voted in favor of the Ordinance, passed 4-0. Ordinance 10-79 rezoning .873 acres on West Bridge to Community Commercial was read faJr a third time, all present voted in favor of the ordinance, passed 4-0. Ordinance 12-79 changing the minimium lot size to 10,000 scmare feet In R-4 zoning was read for a third time, Callahan, yes; Chambers, no; ~I~moved to table the ordinance, Geese seconded the motion, all present voted in favor of the motion to table. -- Resolution 11-79 to accept the~!Master Recreation elan was read for a third time, all present voted in favor of the resolution, passed 4-0. -- Ordinance 12-79 approving a contract to codify the village ordinances was read for a second time. Ordinance 27-79 amending the subdivision regulations and setting a public hearing was introduced by Headlee and read for a first time. Ordinance 28-79 rezoning 8.198 acres to R-2 on Sawmill Road was intf~d by Headlee and read for the first time. REsolution 13-79 - Callahan moved, Chambers seconded, and it was unanimously passed by those present to set a public hearing on may 7, 1979, for ordinance 28-79. Geese moved, Chambers seconded, and it was unanimously passed by those present to send the Sherex Chemical rezoning reauest to Planning and Zoning. ..... Representatives of Qube TV made a brief presentation to council, legal pro- posal to be given to Solicitor Steve Smith. ....., Chambers asked that.an ordinance be prepared to rescind the no right turns on Bridge Street.
