Mr. Mand moved approval, seconded by Mr. Chambers and al I present voted in favor. .... The third reading of the Ordinance wi II be March 19, 1979. The publ ic hearing on the proposed rezoning of an .873 acre tract on VJ. Bridge Street (Ordinance No; 1-79) was held. Third reading of the Ordinance wi II be March 19, 1979. The publ ic hearing on the change of the minimum lot size for R-4 Zoning Districts (Ordinance No: 12-79) was held. Third reading of the Ordinance wi II be March 19, 1979. ",... ....... Resolution 09-79 designating depositories for Vi I lage funds was read for the second time. Ordinance 18-79 to advertise for two (2) ful I size new cruisers was read for a second time. Counci I instructed the Vi I lage Ad- ministrator to prepare an alternate Ordinance which would provide for advertising for one (I) ful I size cruiser and one (I) compact (mid-size) cruiser. r-- ') 0,(4 '"'''llI ....,. r.....,f.y a. RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Minutes of ~ Meeting National Graphics Corp., Cols" 0, Form No. 1097 ~ II eld 19 Resolution 11-79 officially accepting the Recreation Master Plan was introduced by Mrs. Headlee and read for the first time. Ordinance 2019 accepting the amended Preliminary Development Plan for "Shannon Park" was introduced by Mr. Mand and read for the first time. The Vi I lage Administrator was requested by Counci I, if possible, by Saturday, March 10, 1979, to obtain an appraisal of the approximately 14 acres proposed to be sold to the Vi I lage for Park expansion. ~ -w Ordinance 21-79 adopting the Northwest Quad Study was introduced by Mr. Callahan and read for the first time. Ing R-2 unanimously referred a request for rezoning of 8.198 on Road, north of Summitview to P&Z for study and recommend- The land is currently zoned R-I and the applicant is seek zonIng. Mr. H. Dan Smith reviewed, with Counci I, the Concept Plan for "Donegal Cliffs" which wi I I be requested to be rezoned to PUD. AI I members present voted to approve the Concept Plan but caution ed the appl icant that their actions on the Concept Plan did not imply that approval of future steps required by the appl icant would gain automatic approval. Mayor Karrer informed Counci I and those present at the,meeting that a new library in the Vi I lage now seemed to be imm.nent. .......
