A special meeting of the Village of Duclin council was called to order by Mayor Charles Coffman. Roll call - William Callahan, absent; Ronald Geese, a.bsent; Catherine Iieadlee, present; Robert Karrer, present; Charles Mand, present; Jacob Shawan, present. The minutes of the March 20 meeting were read. Mand moved, Karrer seconded, to approve the minutes, all present voted in favor. The following bills were presented for payment: Payroll 7567.32 Ohio State Bank internal rev PERS 1451.97 Felice Pension City of Columbus inc tx 747.02 H F McClory City of Columbus 6720.00 American Family Life Franklin Landmark 110.54 Flower Garbage Perry Township 880.00 W F Stephens Northwest News 12.00 Rpbinson Gun Shop Burgess and Niple 10400.48 standard Oil Co Treasurer State Ohio intx 531.30 Leo Meyers Outdoor Store Sunmark Industries 50.88 Westside Dodge J Maxton Chevrolet 340.15 Danny Sells Mobil Oil 277.80 Dublin Forum Lorenz Equipment Co 57.00 Dublin Auto Parts Donald Richardson 2066.40 Ohio National Bank Coover Construction Co 39100.00 Headlee moved payment of the bills, Mand seconded, all present voted in favor. The regular scheduled meeting of April 3 was not held lecause of lack of a quorum. REsolution 09-78 passed 5-0. -- Resolution 10-78 accepting the lid of Magnus and Company for $653,083.68 in water bonds was introduced by Karrer and read for the first time. Headlee moved to dispense with the three time reading rule and pass as.an emergency measure, Mand seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. Resolution 10-78 passed 5-0. Ordinance 28A-78 authorizing the village adminstrator to advertise for bids for two new police cruisers was introduced by Headlee and read for the first time, Mand moved to dispense ,with the three time reading rule and pass as an emergency measure, Karrer seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the Wdinance. Ordinance 28A-78 passed 5-0. Ordinance 28B-78 authorizing the village adminstrator to advertise for bids for two new police cruisers was introduced by Headlee and read for the first time, Karrer moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded all present voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. Ordinance 28B-78 passed 5-0. ",.... Ordinance 29-78 authorizing the village adminstrator to advertise for bids for a new dump truck was introduced by Shawan and read for the first time, Mand moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, and pass as an emergen y measure, Geese seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the Ordinance. Ordinance 29-78 passed 5-0. -- Ordinance 30-78 accepting the bids of Gledhill for a new snow plow was introduced by Mand and read for the first time, Shawan moved to dispense with the three time reading rule and pass as an emergency measure, Karrer seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the Ordinance. Ordinance 30-78 passed 5-0.
