The minutes of the June 8 meeting were read, Ulrey moved approval, Geese seconded, all voted in favor. Callahan moved that the village adopt high pressure sodium as the lamp for all' future street lighting, Shawan seconded, all voted in favor. Passed 5-1 Resolution 21-77 declaring the necessity to submit to the voters a $450,000.00 sewer issue was introduced by Headlee and read for the first time, after a motion by Geese and a second by Karrer to dispense with council rule of order, all voted in favor of the motion. Karrer moved, Geese seconed, to dispense with the three time reading rule, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. ",... Resolution 22-77 setting a public hearing for the 1978 budget on July 11, 1977 was introduced by Karrer and read for the firtt time, Geese moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Headlee seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. -- Ordinance 37-77 authorizing the adminstrator to advertise for bids for ec~ip- ment for a traffic s~gnal at Bridge Street and High School Road was introduced by Geese and read for the first time, Geese moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Ulrey seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. Ordinance 40-11 amending 55A-16 concnerning the pay of the clerical assistant was read for the first time after being introduced by Karrer. -- Council spent some time discussing a resolution giving Evergreen permission to use village right a way. Ulrey moved that council dispense with the tule of order to introduce the resolution, Karrer seconded, Callahan, no; Geese, no; Headlee, no; Karrer, yes; Shawan, yes; Ulrey, yes. Motion failed 3-3/. Council then discussed a request from Lepperts to use village right a way, Shawan moved to dispense with council rule of order, Ulrey seconded, Callahan, no; Geese, yes; Headlee, no; Karrer, yes; Shawan, yes; Ulrey, yes; Passed 4-2. Ulrey introduced resolution 24-11 requesting permission from the Lepperts to use the right a way along Coffman Road for a force main. The resolution was read for the first time. ...., Callahan moved, Geese seconed and it was unamimously passed to give $100.00 to the-4t.hof July Committee, all voted in f~or. Karrer moved, ULrey seconded that additional street lights be installed in Muirfield Village, after discussion Karrer withdrew the motion. Karrer moved, ULrey seconded, and it was unamimously passed to accept the final plat of Waterford phase II with gifted land to be shown and lot lines eliminated. Callahan moved, Geese seconded, and it was unamimously passed that council accept final plat of Waterford phase III. Geese moved, Headlee seconded and it was unamimously passed that council forward a zon~ng change request from Wimpey Development for land South of Martin Road~~ Karrer moved, Ulrey seconded, and it was unamimously passed that council authorize the village engi to accept Waterford phase I except for lots 16 & 11 and the screening at the parsonage. Ulrey moved, Karrer seconded, and it was unamimously passed to instruct the village engineer to proceed with drawing and design for a waterlin from Coffman Road to Muirfield.
