Ordinance 34-11 issuing notes for the new municipal building to the Hunt- ington National bank at an interest of 3.41% for $423,000.00 was introduced by Geese and read for the first time, Karrer'moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geeee seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. Ordinance 35-11 awarding the contract for the mUnicipal building to Coover Construction Company for $493,000.00 was introduced by Karrer and read for the firtt time, Callahan moved to dispense with three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. Ordinance 36-11 establishing a Municipal Building Fund account and transfer- ing $10,000.00 from the general fund to the account was introduced by Headlee and read for the first time, Callahan moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Headlee seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance.
