J 91'7 19 The June 6, 1977 meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to order ry the Mayor Charles Coffman, roll call as follows - William Callahan, present; Ronald Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Robert Karrer, present; JaCOB Shawan, present; Willur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the May 16 meet- ing were read, Karrer moved approval, Headlee seconded, all voted in favor. Ordinance 32-77 providing supplements to the village code of ordinances was read for a third time, Geese moved, Ulrey seconded and it was unamimously passed to amend the ordinace raising the fine for dogs running loose to $50.00 for the first offense and $100.00 for the second. All voted in favor of the amended ordinance. Ulrey introduced resolution 15-77 requesting the fiscal officer to certify life of municipal building, Callahan moved to tabb this resolution and the three others concerning new municipal building until further study can be made, no second. Callahan then moved that action on the municipal luilding resolution and ordinances be postponed until a special meeting to be held June 8, 1977 at 7:00 PM, Karrer seconded, all voted in favor. Resolution 16-77 permitting the village adminstrator to apply for BaR funds for the Monterey Park was introduced by Headlee and read for the first time. Geese moved, Shawan seconded to dispense with the three time reading rule, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. "... -- Resolution 17-77 approving and accepting a road right a way was introduced by Ulrey and read for the first time. Resolution 18-77 granting C E Fulscher permission to use the road right a way for force main sewer and water line was introduced by Ulrey and read for the first time. Resolution 19-77 to re submit Phase II sewers to the electors was introduced ly Callahan and read for thefirst time. REsolution 20-77 to re submit Water issue to the electors was introduced by Callahan and read for the first time. Form No. 1097 ~ Held June 6'uJ977 continued 19 Callahan moved, Shaw an seconded and it was unamimously passed that all de- partments look at the finance committee proposal concerning budgeting, to review and resubmit proposed budgets. Cost of pedestrian signal at middle school approximately $6,000.00. Council instructed adminstrator to draw up specs and start bidding prodedure. .... ..... Village engineer Bill Meyers presented water needs to village, principally a water line from the school on Coffman Road to tie in to the water line in Muirfield, cost approximately $180,000.00.
