The February 21, 1977, meeting of the Village of ~~blin council was called to order cy Mayor Charles Coffman. Roll call - William Callahan, absent; Ronald Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Rotert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the February 7, 1977, meeting were read, Karrer moved approval, Geese seconded, all present voted in favor of approval. The clerk read a letter from Dublin Land Corp quoting price on 3.78 acres on Monterey Drive at $55,868.00 and a letter from planning and zoning which noted the foll.wing items - approved request to rezone 102 acres on Coffman Road, approved update on standard building regulations, final development plan for- 16 acres in Muirfield which includes tennis stadium and contract with village planning consultant. Ordinance 09-77 rezoning 4.2 acres on Tuller Road belonging to John Thomas was read for a third time and a public hearing was held. Ulrey moved to amend the ordinance adding the restriction of section 328.022 to the rezoning, Headlee seconded, all present voted in favor of the amendment, all present voted in favor of the ordinance. ....... Resolution04-77 approving and accepting waterline easements was read for a second time, Karrer moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. ,\.s Ordinance 12-77 appointing Godwin Bohm Group Corporation ~ the village consulting planning firm was read for a second time, Ordinance 14-77BrezOning 102 acres on Coffman Road belonging to Georgia Leppert was introduced and read for a first time. Ordinance 15-77 amend~ng the standard building regulations was introduced by Geese and read for the first time, Ulrey moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Karrer seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and theordinance. Ordinance 16-77 establishing local sewer tap fees was introduced by Headlee and read for the first time, Hicks moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all present voted in favor" the motion and the ordinance. Resolution 5-77 designating the Ohio State Bank as depository for active and inactive funds and the Ohio Federal as depository for inactive funds was introduced by Karrer and read for the first time, Geese moved, Headlee seconded to dispense withe the three time reading F.Ille andppass as an emergency measure all present goted in favor of the motion and the resolution. -- Resolution 06-77 approving the purchase of land for the cemetery was introduced Geese and read for the first time, Geese moved to dispensewith the three time reading rule, Ulrey seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. Karrer mo~ed, ULrey seconded and it was unamimously passed to enter into a contract with H F McClory for service on the pump stations, counoil discussed the increased cost of police liability insurance.
