Form No. 1097 ~ IIeld F;EBRUARY 7, 1977 19 r- ~; The February 7, 1977 meeting of the Village of nu1::lin Council was called to order by the Mayor Charles Coffman. Roll Call - William Callahan, absent; Ronald Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, absent; Robert Karrer, present; and Wilbur ULrey, present. The minutes of the January 17 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval of the minutes, Geese seconded, all present voted in favor. James Richards gave the annual report of the cemetery committee reappointing Bot McCoy superintendent, recommending the purchase of 1.6 acres of land at $23,556.00 and recommending an annual meeting rather than quarterly meetings. The clerk noted a request from Charles Mand, a committee member, ~sking that the two inftiative petitions be withdrawn. Ordinance 09-77 providing for a change in zoning of 4.2 acres on Tuller Read was read for a second time. Resolution 04-77 approving and accepting a waterline easement was introduced by Geese and read for the first time. Ordinance 12-77 appointing a consulting planner was introduced by Geese and read for the first time, Karrer moved, Ulrey seconded, and all voted in favor to send )oa1diance to planning and zoning for study. "."... Ordinance 13-77 authorizing the village adminstratorto advertise for bids for a new one ton truck was introduced by Ulrey and read for the first time. Geese moved to dispense with the three time reading rule and pass as an emergency, Headlee seconded, aJl present voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. -- An application for rezaing of 102 acres on Coffman Reed was presented to council, Karrer moved, Geese seconded, all present voted in favor to send request to Planning and Zoning.
