The October 4, 1976, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to
order by Mayor Charles Coffman. Roll call - William Callahan, present; Ronald
Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert
Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the September 20 meet-
ing were read, Karrer moved approval, Headlee seconded, all voted in favor.
The following bills were submitted for payment;

The clerk read a letter from Gene Fulscher requesting easement along Frantz
Road for force main sewer.

Ordinance 59-76 amending 21-70 architectural review board was read for a third
time and a public hearing was held. Callahan moved that ordinance 59-76 be
tabled and referred to village planner for review and recommendation and
that a committee be appointed to work with the planner, Headlee seconded, all
voted in favor. Bill Ulrey, Ron Geese and Tom Bassett apointed to committee.
Ordinance 61-76 amending code of ordinance to limit maximium continous parking
to 48 hours was eread for a third time. All voted in favor.
Ordinance 64-76 was read for a second time, a long discussion was held concern~
ing this ordinance which would enact a building maintainence code.
Resolution 49-76 accepting certain sewer easements was introduced by Karrer
and read for the first time. Ulrey moved to dispense with the three time read.

Resolution 50-76 approving the report of the Assessment Equalization Board
on the River F'-est waterlines was introduced by Callahan and read for the
first time, Ulrey moved to dispense with the three time reading rule and pass
as an emergency measure, Headlee seconded, all voted in favor of the motion
and the resolution.

Ordinance 65-76 determining to proceed with construction of River Forest
waterlines was introduced by Callahan and read for the first time, Callahan
moved to dispense with the three time reading rule and pass as an emergency
measure, Hicks seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance.

Mayor Coffman announced that Beggars night would be October 30 from 6:00 PM
to 8:00 PM.

Geese reported that sign committee.. recommending council delete current si~
ordinance and look at parts of Columbus code, committee to attend'1.t!t))meeting
in November.
