The September 20, 1976 meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to
order by the Mayor Charles Coffman. Roll call: William Callahan, present;
Ronald Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present;
Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the September
7 meeting were read, Callahan noted that Sheldon and Meyers were to prepare
preliminary evaluation of funds available for public projects and not for
preparing an application for water lines. Karrer moved approval of the minutes
as corrected, Geese seconded, all voted in favor of approval of the corrected
minutes. The following bills were submitted for payment:

The clerk read correspondence from 1) the secretary of the Dublin Council
YWCA supporting the architectural review ordinance; 2) from the Architectural
Review Board approving signs for H E Rouda and Grabil realtor companies; 3)
from board of elections noting that the referendum on ordinance 60-75 will
be on the ballot in November.
Ordinance 61-76 maximium continous parking was read for a second time.
Resolution 48-76 appointing Norman Dellner, Mel Shaver, and Earl Voeller to
the assessment equalixation board and setting the meeting date was introduced
by Ulrey and read for the first time, Karrer moved to dispense with the three
time reading rule, Headlee seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the
resolution.
Ordinance 63-76 authorizing the village adminstrator to advertise for bids
for improvements to the village hall was introduced by Karrer and read for
the first time after council voted to dispense with council rule, ULrey moved
to dispense with the three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all voted in
favor of the motion and the ordinance.

Ordinance 64-76 enacting a building maintainence code was introduced by Geese
and read for the first time.

Richardson reported the chairman of the fireboard will check with fireboard
members concerning a fire dis.triot and hopefully set up a meeting in h~ ~L.

Sheldon and Meyers are to see if Avery Road park, municipal building or
swim pool could be funded by EDA grant.
The mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 9:18 PM.
