Roll Call as follows: Charles Coffman, presen ; Lewis Geese, prexent; Catherine H~adlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert K~rper, pre sent; Wilbur Ulrey, pre sent. The minute s of the October meeting wmTe'read, Beadlee asked that theexplanation of her no vote on the preliminary plat approval was because she had not received the material previms to the meeting, Karrer moved approval of the minutes with the addition, Cof~man seconded, all voted in favor of approval. Resolution 43-75 accepting certain sewer easements was introduced by Karrer and read by the clerk, Geese moved to dispenseWlth the three time reading rule, Hicks seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. Resolution 44-75 authorizing the mayor to enter into a Cooperative agreement with the Franklin Comty Commissioners making the Village of Dublin eligible for community Deveibopmen funds was introduced by Coffman and re';d by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution. Ordinance 63-75 confirming final appointment of Michael Wears as a full time policeman was introduced by Ulrey and red by the clerk, Ulrey moved to dix- pense~th the three time reading rule, Hicks seconded, Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Hea~lee, no; HiCks, yes; Karrer, yes; Ulrey, yes. Vote on the ordinance Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Headlee, no; Hicks, yes; Karrer, yes; Ulrey, yes. Ordinance 60-75 proposing the rezoing of 105 acres on Dublin Road from R-1 to R-2 & R-4 was read for a tl,ird time, the clerk read a letter from Ivor Young asking that action on the ordinance be tabled until the November 17 meeting, Ulrey moved to table the ordinance, Geese seconded, all voted in favor of tabling ordinance 60-75. -- -- ,1 Mayor Dixon declared the week of November 2 to 8 as Salute., to Regis.tered Nurses Week.
