A special meeting of the Village of Dublin council was c~lled to order by
Mayor Joseph Dixon, roll call as fOllows, Charles Coffman, present; Lewis Gees,
absent; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert Karrer,
present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the October6 meeting were read
Coffman moved approval of the minutes, Karrer seconded, all present voted in
favor of approval.

Ordinance 54-75 accepting bid of Jack Frost, Inc for park imporvements at a
total cost of $43,616.00 was read for a second time, Karrer moved to dispense
with the three time reading rule, Coffman seconded, all present voted in favor
of the motion and the ordinance.
Ordinance 55-75 accepting bids of H Jennings, Inc and Service Supply, Ltd
totaling $8038.81 was read for a second time, Ulrey moved to dispense with the
three time reading rule, Headlee seconded, all present voted in favor of the
motion and the ordinance.
Ordinance 56-7; accepting the bid of Concrete Construction~Co in the amount
of $2,620,108.00 for the construction of sanitary sewers was reRd for the
second time, Coffman moved to dispense with the three time reading rule,
Karrer seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance.

Ordinance 57-75 entering into an agreement with the State of Ohio for the
restoration of Summitview Road was read for the second time, Hicks moved to
dispense with the three time reading rule, Karrer seconded, all pI'Elsentt;voted n
favor of the motion and the ordinance _S:;
Resolution 40-75 approving and accept~g certain easements for sanitary sewers
was read for the second time, Coffman moved to dispense with the three time
reading rule, Hicks seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the
resolution.

Resolution 41-75 accepting the bid of Magnus and Company for $200,000.00 in
bonds for sewer improvements at the rate of 7 & 3/4% was introduced by Ulrey
and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispense with the three time reading
rule, Coffman seconded, all presnt voted in favor of the motion and the
resolution.
Ordinance 61-75 authorizing the village adminstrator to advertise for bids
for two new police cruisers was 'introduced by Coffman and read by the clerk.
Being no further business the mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM.
