The October 6, 1975, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to
order by the Mayor Joseph Dixon. Roll call as follows: Charles COffman,
present; Lewis Geese, absent; Catherine Headlee, present, Charles Hicks, absent;
Robert Karrer, present; 'Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the September
15 meeting t..ere read, Karrer moved approval of the minutes, Headlee seconded,
, all present voted in favor of approval.

Coffman moved payment of the bills, Ulrey seconded, all present voted in favor.
The following resolution and ordinances were introduced and read for the
first time.
Ordiancne 54-75 accepting bids for park improvements
Ordinance 55-75 accepting bids for park equipment & accessories
Ordiancne 56.075 accepting bids for phase one sewers
Ordinance 57-75 entering into an agreement with the state to repai rSummitvew
Orldiannoe 58-75 granting a franchise to Ohio Edison to provide for electric
service to portions of the village
Ordinance 59-75 fixing rates to be charges by Ohio Edison
Resolution 40-75 accepting certain sewer easements
Ordinance 60-75 a proposed rezoing of 105 acres on Dublin Road from R-1 to
R-2 and R-4. A public hearing Was held with representatives of the developers
speaking for the ordinance and several residents apeaking in opposition to
the ordinance.
Van Johnston asked that something be done about the River Knolls draingage
problem at this time and not wait until spring, Sheldon explained to Mr Johnsto
that bids for the impDovement were asked for two different times, Coffman
and Sheldon to meet with Mr Johnston to see if anything can be done at this
time.
