The September 15, 1975 meeting of the Village of Dublin counoil was called to
order by the Mayor Joseph Dixon. Roll call as follows: Charles Cof~man, pre-
sent; Lewis Geese, nresent; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present;
Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the Septemer 8
meeting were read, Hicks moved approval, Karrer seconded, all voted in favor.

The clerk read a letter from P & Z recommending that the entrance roadway to
MIDVO be accepted and dedicated after it is brought up to village specificatio
P & Z alos noted that a meeting needs to be set up with council and P&Z with
Mid*Ohio Regional Plan to view Water Course Plan.
Council discussed ~pplication of Highlight Investment for a C-2 liquor permit
for 139W Bridge St. Council decided to object to permit because of lack of
information"~and asked Solitci or Richardson to attend the hearing.
Resolution 39-75 accepting the amoun1S and rates established by the budget
commission, 1.75 for general, .50 for bond retirement, & 1.20 for police, was
introduced by Karrer and re3d by the clerk, Uh'ey moved to dispense with the
three time reading rule, Hicks seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and
the resolution.
Hikcs moved, Geese second"d that the $100,000.00 CD be oashed and thD,t the mone
be used to purchase the 20 site on Avery Road from Muirfield Ltd and directed
the village admins::bnator to carry O')t this purchase. All voted in f~or.
Getting no bids on the River Knolls project, council decided to fill ditch in
now and to readvertise for bids in the spring.
Headle pr~ased the fire department for their succes in fire squad competition
once again. Ulrey seconded, Headlee seconded that connmll buy a plaoue with
the mens names on it and present it to the fire d~partment, all voted in favor.
Headlee brought up the need for school patrol, the school believes the police
coverage is adequate, but Headlee still believs a patc-ol could be useful, shhe
ask the village to recommend to the school that a patrol be started. Headlee
reported that the North area mental health board is considering a Dublin
Perry Area youth drop in center and that voluntsers are needed.
The mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 9:08 PM
