The June 16, 1975, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to order
by the council President Wilbur Ulrey. Roll call as follows: Charles Coffman,
present; Lewis Geese, present; Catherline Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present;
Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the June 2 meeting
were read, Headlee moved approval, Karrer seconded with the following addition
to the minutes, concerning water problem at River Knolls, Bill Meyers of
Burgess and Niple was to look into the problem. All voted in favor of the
approval of the minutes with the addition.
The following bills were submitted for payment:

Ordinance 3~75 concerning street lights in Muirfield was read for the 2nd time
Ordinance 39-75 concerning bicycle regulations and registration was introduced Jy
Headlee and read for the first time.
Resolution 27-75 setting a public hearing for a change in the zoning code
placing final authority for approval in PUD in council and a change in sub
division regulation concerning park fees in PUD was introduced by Karrer and
re~ by the clerk, Coffman moved to dispense with the three time reading rule,
Geese seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution.
Ordinance 40-75 confirming the appointment of Larry sEifert as a full time
policeman was introduced by Coffman and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to
dispense with the three time reading nule, Hicks seconded, all voted in favor
of the motion and the ordinance.

Resolution 28-75 setting a date for the hearing on the 1976 budget was intro-
duced by Karrer and read by the clerk, Coffman moved to dispense with the
three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and
the resolution.

Karrer moved, Geese seconded that council reconsider the ordinance 33-75 which
granted an easement to Muirfield, Ltd. for a sewer easement along M~rtin Rd.
Geese moved, Karrer seconded that council pass the ordinance as an emergency
measure, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance.
The dlldication of David Road was again discussed by council, Bill Meyer had
met with some of the residents, it was the residents proposal to create a
reserve at the North end to act as a cul-de-sac. Because of the condition of
the road the solicitor believed thevillage would be in a difficult position
to accept David Road and not Blazer Parkway. The village adminstrator stated
that he believed that all roads should be d&dicated to the tillage, Meyer to mel=t
once a~n with the residents or their representatives, some council members
questioned improving the road at this time because of sewer installation.

Burgess and Niples is checking out the water pDoblem on River Knolls, Gene
Fulscher suggested the village create ari industry gaining committee on council.
Ulrey declared the meeting adjourned at 9:36 PM.
