The June 2, 1975, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to order
by the Mayor Joseph Dixon. Roll call as follows: Charles Coffman, present;
Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present;
Robert Karrer , present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the May 19 meet-
ing ~re read, Karrer moved ~roval, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor.

Police Chief Robert Mayer presented to council a program of ~cicle safety and
licensing, council asked solicitor to draw up ordinance.
Ulrey moved, Headlee seconed that Ordinance 26-75 the Fulscher rezoning be
removed from the table, all voted in favor, after further presentation by
Fulscher's architect and restated opposition by Scatterday's attorney the
following vote was taken on Ordinance 26-75: Coffman, yes; Geese, no; Headlee,
no; Hicks, no; Karrer, yes; Ulrey, yes; Ordiance 26-75 failed to pass.
Ordinance 36-75 dealing withstreet lights in Muirfield Village was introduced
by Ulrey and read for the first time.
Ordinance 33-75 granting an easement to MuirBield for sewer eaements was read
for the fhird time, all voted in favor of ordinance 33-75.
Ordinances 29-75 and 37-75 were delayed to set a date for public hearing on both
Resolution 24-75 a necessity to contstruct a waterline from state route #161 to
Coffman Road was introduced by Coffman and read b'T the clerk, Hicks moved to
dispense with the three time reading rule, Karrer seconded, vote thereon as
follows, Coffman, yes; Geese, yes; Headlee, no; Hicks, yes; Karrer, yes; Ulrey,
yes. Vote on the resolution, Coffman yest Geese, yes; Headlee, no; Hicks, yes;
Karrer, yes Ulrey, yes.
Resolution 25-75 appointing Ron Jererizac, Ed Thortcbn and Tom Rouse to the
assessement equalization board and setting a meeting for June 17, 1975, was
introduced by Ulrey and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispense with the
three time reading rule, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of the MGt:iontand
the resolution.
Resolution 26-75 accepting easements for phase one sewers was introduced by Cof
and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispense with the three time reading rule
Geese seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution.

Ordinance 38-75 directing the adminstrator to advertise for bids for a comfort a
station and shelter houses for the Coffman Road park was introduced by Headlee
and read by the clerk, Geese moved to dispense with the three time reading rule
Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the resolution.
