Form No. 1097 ~ Meeting 19 The May 5, 1975, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to order by Mayor Joseph Dixon. Roll call as follows: Charles Coffman, present; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the April 21 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval, second by Ulrey, all voted in favor. ".... .... Resolution 23-75 accepting Phase One sewer easements was introduced by Karrer and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Ulrey seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and t he resolution. Coffman moved, Karrer seconded that council rule be waved so that Ordinance 33-75 granting an easement to Muirfield Ltd for construction and maintainence 0 a sewer facility could be introduced by Coffman and read for tte first time. Council agreed with the clerk and village adminstrator that $16,308.00 in fed- eral revenue sharing funds for the period of July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976 be appropriated for capital improvements in the recreation fund. The solicitor reported that he and the mayor had met with EPA concerning a sewe plant for Complete General Construction's project on Summitview Road. Hicks ask that the village planner look into the revamping of the community commercial zoning part of the village zoning <Xl de. Headlee reported on the mental health program in the Northwest area. The committe for the meeting room expansion reported that they felt that no changes should be made at the present time.
