The April 21, 1975, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to
order by the Mayor Joseuh Dixon. Roll call as follows: Charles Coffman,
absent; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, pre-
sent; Ro~rt Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present/
Teh mi~s of the April 7 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval, Headlee
seconded, a;; present voted in f~or of approval of the minutes.

Geese moved payment of the bills, Hicks seconded, all present voted in favor.

Council voiced no objection to proposed application for liquor license for
Muifie1d Village Golf Course clubhouse. Council also discussed renewed hauling
of dirt by Complete General Construction.

Ordinance 18-75 prohibiting no v.urn on red at certian intersections on
Bridge street was read for the third time, all present voted in favor of the
ordinance.
Ordinance 19-75 setting the salary of the mayor at $7500.00 and the clerk at
$5100QOO efective January 1, 1976 with $1000.00 for expenses for each was
reAd for the thwrd time, all present voted in favor.
Ordinance 26-75 rezoning certain rpa1 estate owned by Gene FUlscher was read
for the second time, Dr Scatterday, an adjoining property owner spoke in I
opposition, Mr Fulscher reviewed his request, no further action taken.
Resolution 21-75 accepting cert~ sewer easements was introduced by Karrer anJ
read for the first time, Geese moved to dispense with the three time reading ~le,
Hicks seconded, all pvesant voted in favor of the motion and the resolution.
Resolution 22-75 setting maximium hours of wetk for police officers was intro-
duced by Ulrey and read by the clerk, Geese ~oved to dispense with the three
time reading rule, Hicks seconded, a11P~8~~~ in favor of the motion and the resp1.
Ordinance 31-75 amending subdivision regulations of the village was introduced
by Geese and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispense with the three time
re'" ding rule, Ulrey seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and the
ordinance.

Ordinance 32-75 accepting the bid of $91,192.00 from Delphi Investment and
Construction for the construction of a maintainence building was introduced by
Karrer and read by the clerk, Ulrey moved to dispense with the three time
reading rule, Headlee seconded, all present voted in favor of the motion and
the ordinance.

Ordinance 33-75 granting an easement to Muirfie1d Ltd fDD construction and
maintainence of sewer facilities was p~esented to council, no action taken.
A request from Eveggreen Co for rezo:mgng of land to R-4 was presented to council
Ulrey moved, Geese seconed to sent request to Planning and Zoning, all present
voted .;n favor.
