Roll call a s follows: Charles Coffman, pr~sent; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks, present; Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present. The minutes of the March 17 meeting were read, Karrer moved approval, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor. ".... Carol Mayze spoke to council about Natl Child Safety program, Gary Termeer asked council to consider helping the fire department with 4th July aiebration, to be referrad to Recreation committee, Bill Meyer.s presented phase one water financing and phase two sewer grant, c6bcil apporved going agead with both. Council turned down request for change in speed limit on Avery, Brand & Post Rds. Coffman moved, Hi~ seconded that a request from Muirfield, Ltd for a request of rezoning of 90 acres be sent to P & Z, all voted in favor. Cols" 0, Form No, 1097 ~ 11 cld April 7 continued 19 Resolution 19-75 approving and accepting certain easements for sanitary sewers was introduced by Coffman and re:d by the clerk,' Coffman moved to dis- pense with the threetime reading rule, Karrer seconded, all voted infavor of the motion and the resolution. --- Resolution 20-75 authorizing the village to enter into an agreement with the F anklin County Commissioners for Housing and Community Developm$nt was ihtroduced by Headlee and read by the clerk, Karrer moved to dispense with the three time reading rule, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of the motionand the resolution. ....., Opdiance 26-75 proposing a change in zoning of 18 acres owned by Gene Fulsche was introduced by Ulrey and read by the clerk, Gene Fulscher spoke i'1l 'fa'Vor of the chanee and Bill Callahan spoke against. Ordinance 27-75 appointing members to the Park and Recreation Committee was introduced by Karrer and read by the clerk, Coffman moved to dispense with ~he three time reading rule, Geese seconded, all voted in favor of the motion andthe ordinance. The Maoyr appointed Bilr Easterday to t' is committee. Ordinance 28-75 amending the Code of Ordinances was introduced by Coffman and read by the clerk, Ulrey moved t 0 di spense with the three time reading rule, KarY'er se~onded, all vot:d in favor of the motion and t he ordinance. Ordinance 29-75 amending zoning code of the Village of Dublin, Ulrey moved, Geese seconded to refer to Planning and Zoning, all voted in favor. Ordiaanc 25-75 concerni~ Muirfield Drive was also sent to P & Z. Ordinance 30-75 accepting the bid of Northwood Stone and Asphalt for street improvements waS introduced by Headlee and read by the clerj, Coffman moved to dispense 1,Ji th the three time reading rule, Hicks seconded, all voted in favor of the motion and the ordinance. "'"'""" .... I Ordinance 18-75 preventing no turn on red at cert4.n intersections of Bridge Street was read for the second time. Ordinance 24.75 setting the salary of the mayor at $7500.00 and the clerk at $5000.00 was read for the second time, Geese moved Ulrey seconed to amend the ordinance setting the clerk's salary at 15100.00, all voted in favor of the amendment.
