The February 3, 1975, meeting of the Village of Dublin council was called to
order by the Mayor Joseph Dixon. 1 Roll Call as follows: Charles Coffman,
present; Lewis Geese, present; Catherine Headlee, present; Charles Hicks,
present; Robert Karrer, present; Wilbur Ulrey, present.
The minute s of the January 20 meeting \o/ere read, Karrer moved approval of the
minutes, Coffman seconded, all voted in favor of approval.
The follwoing bills were submitted for payment:

Coffman moved payment of the bills, Geese seconded, all voted in favor of
apnroval.

John Guy, Jr representing the Chamb8r of Commerce requested that village
consider collecting trash for businesses in the Village, adminstrator to study
additional OJ st.

Ordinance 06-75 concerning a change in zoning was read for a second time,
Moler reported that they will pres8nt further information at next meeting.
Ordinance 07-75 adopting aminimium construction site requirem:mts was intro-
duced by Hicks and read by the clerk for the first time.
Ordinance 08-75 adopting a model building code was introduced by Karrer and
read by the clerk for the first time. There were suggestions that code be
passed to paannning and zoning and that they request a qualified person review
dode, code has been approved anr'J :recommended by building association. Karrer -...._

all voted in favor of amendment. This was the only action taken.

Ord.iRnce 09-75 established a parks and recreati on committee for the village
was introduced by Geese and read by the clerk, several changes were suggested,
the solicitor will rewrite ordinance for next meeting.
Solicttor R~chardson read an ordinance concerning Disaster Controll Planning.
Council asked that representative from committee meet with council.
Council mmscussed need for additional space for municipal nurpose. It was
agreed that int~rim space would be n8eded for a few years uptil a permanent
building could be financed and constructed. Adding on a present site or
leasing space were the two alternatives. Geese moved, Co~an seconded,
that Dixon, Sheldon and Ulrey study the need and feasibility of additional
space and report back to council.

Co ffman asked that council give the Planning and Zoning commission authority
to hire a secretary and ask d that council set a hourly wage. Karrer moved
and Geese seconded that P & Z have authottty to hire a secretary at a salary
of $3.00 per hour. All voted in favor of the motion.
Headlee moved that a rule of council be that all minutes of Planning and
Zoning meetings be availaThle at municipal building for review by council
members and others. Dixon noted that with new secretary that t'is should be
possible, Headlee also asked that council members study sections 450.087 and
450.088 of the zoning amendment to the zoning code.
Mayor Dixon announced that he would be going to Dublin, Ireland for a festival
and asked if council would be :interested in sending anything with him, he also
