The special meeting of the Dublin Village Council was called to order
by Mayor Michael Close at 8:47 P.M.
....
Mr. Jankowski led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members of Council present were: Mr. Amorose, Mayor Close, Mr. Jankowski,
Dr. Lewis, Ms. Maurer, Mr. Rozanski, and Mr. Sutphen.
Mr. Sherman Sheldon, Village Manager, was also present.
Ordinance No. 03-86 - Amend Section 1191.02(C) of Codified Ordinances.
(Re Architectural Review Board). First Reading.
Mr. Amorose moved to add the ordinance to the agenda.
Ms. Maurer seconded the motion.
The vote was unanimous in favor.
It was noted that the ordinance was consistent with the Charter of the
Village of Dublin.
Ms. Maurer introduced the ordinance.

Mr. Amorose moved to do away with the three time reading rule and treat
as an emergency.
Mr. Sutphen seconded the motion.
The vote was 7-0 in favor of the motion.
The vote on the ordinance was unanimous in favor.

Ordinance No. 02-86 - Appointments to Various Boards and Commissions.
First Reading.
Mr. Amorose introduced the ordinance.
Ms. Maurer moved to do away with the three time reading rule and treat
as an emergency.
Mr. Amorose seconded the motion.
Mr. Rozanski moved to amend the ordinance to nominate the following
persons to the various boards and commissions:
Planning and Zoning Commission - Thomas H. Grace and Ronald Geese;
Board of Zoning Appeals - Warren E. Fishman and Edmund E. Giorgione;
Parks and Recreation Committee - Ann Bohman and William C. Andrews;
Architectural Review Boar~ - Tim Frederich and Donna Schenk;
Personnel Board of Review - William M. Denihan;
Cemetery Commission - C. Grant Cully
Mr. Jankowski seconded the motion on the amendment to the appointments.
The vote was unanimous in favor of the motion.
The vote on the ordinance was 7-0 in favor.

Mr. Jankowski said that a written report from the Ad Hoc Committee
regarding the standing committees would be sent to Council Members in
their packets and that discussion regarding same would be on the agenda
for the January 20, 1986 meeting of the Dublin Village Council.
The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Close at 9:02 P.M.
