RE: Ordinance 43-04 Residential Parking Permit Area
The City of Dublin recognizes that residences located near certain schools have difficulty
parking on their own streets due to unusually high traffic. Therefore, the City of Dublin is prepared
to issue parking permits that allow homeowners to park on streets where certain signs prohibit
otherwise. As a result, it is necessary to amend the prohibited parking ordinance to allow the
issuing of parking permits.
Attached, you will find a proposed emergency ordinance amending Section 76.01 of the
Dublin Codified Ordinances relating to Prohibited Standing or Parking Places.
