"
Building Inspector, Roger Works, suggested a revision of Building
Code, Ordinance No.2-50, and furnished copy of suggested changes;
this to be known as Ordinance No.1-54, an Ordinance Providing
for the Regulation of Building Construction, in order to promote
the health, safety, convenience and welfare of the citizens of
the Village of Dublin, Ohio. After discussion by the Courncil it
was moved by Browning and seconded by Karrer that the Ordinance
pass it's first reading.

Moved by Larsen and seconded by Sidle that Ordinance No.1-54,
Building Regulations of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, pass it's
second and third readings. This was done, thereby making this
Ordinance in force axx~~xx~~, and effective in 30 days.

The problem of stray dogs was discussed by Council, but the only
measure taken at this time was to be in the way of a warning to
the public by newspaper, that dogs be kept in th<3ir respective n
yarss or on leash under penalW of a fine. .J

Moved by Browning and seconded by Larsen that Walter Daniel
be appointed to fill vacancy created by Browning whose
resignation is to be effective May 31st.
