The following bills were presented for payment: Geo. Metzger (street clean. & trash collection) Seagrave Corp. (Pump house repairs) Cols. & Southern Ohio Elec. Co.( current) Cols. & Fr. Co. Civil Defense (1954 Share) James Yeager, Mayor, salary for May 1954 Move d by Browning and seconded by Browning yes Karrer " Larsen " Sidle tha t the Sid le Thomas VVill iams 20.00 58.40 28.74 22.48 100.00 229.62 be paid. bills ye s II " Building Inspector, Roger Works, suggested a revision of Building Code, Ordinance No.2-50, and furnished copy of suggested changes; this to be known as Ordinance No.1-54, an Ordinance Providing for the Regulation of Building Construction, in order to promote the health, safety, convenience and welfare of the citizens of the Village of Dublin, Ohio. After discussion by the Courncil it was moved by Browning and seconded by Karrer that the Ordinance pass it's first reading. Browning Karrer Larsen Moved by Larsen and seconded by Sidle that Ordinance No.1-54, Building Regulations of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, pass it's second and third readings.
