Subject: Ordinance No. 91-97, Modification to City Manager's Employment Contract
As recently discussed in executive session, the City Manager has been living out of the City due
to personal circumstances. The addition of the condition to provide temporary housing will allow
him to move back in the City. As discussed, he will be allowed to move into one of the homes on
Jerimar Court that was recently purchased by the City.
A formal evaluation process is currently being completed and the issue of temporary housing, if
necessary, maybe addressed in the revised employment contract.
