Form No. 30043 Ordinance No~3-98------------ Passed----- - - ---- --- ------ ---- --- ----19- - - An Ordinance Amending The Annual Appropriations Ordinance For The Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 1998 For The Purpose Of Obtaining A Permanent Access Easement Related To The Construction Of The Columbus Southern Power Substation WHEREAS, the City of Dublin (the City) entered into an agreement with Columbus Southern Power (CSP) relating to the acquisition of properties along David Road for the construction of an electric power substation by CSP and the future construction of Village Parkway extension by the City; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the agreement, the City is responsible for obtaining the necessary access road easement to the substation site; and WHEREAS, State Savings Bank has agreed to grant to the City a permanent non- exclusive access easement identified on the attached exhibits; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the annual appropriations measure to provide the authorized funding necessary to acquire the easement. NOW, THEREF~ O~/R/ E, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, / of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. There be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in the Capital Improvements Tax Fund the amount of $79,875 to account number 40-03-14-2550 for the purpose of obtaining the necessary access easement related to the construction of CSP's electric power substation. Section 2.Section 11. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force in accordance with Section 4.04(a) of the Dublin City Charter. Passed this,.~~ day of , 1998.
